It is my pleasure and honor to recommend AREi painting. We are the owners of an old home that will be 100 years old soon. We thought we were keeping up with maintaining this gem until we hired Brock and his sons. It was Brock and his sons that pointed out the extensive wood rot that was happening under the paint that other painters just covered up. They were able to gently remove rotted timbers without causing any damage to the old stucco. ONLY AFTER all the repair work was done, primed and caulked did they do an amazing paint job. I’m sure this paint will last much longer than previous paint jobs because of the prep work they did instead of just putting on a coat of paint. We have extensive landscaping around our home and they were able to get the job done without any damage at all. On a personal note, it was a pleasure having them work on our home. The respect that they each have for each other is heartwarming. I think they have as much pride in the work they did on our home as we do when we look at. I would never hesitate to recommend them. We had AREi Paint Services paint and repair the exterior of our home in May and June of 2023. The house was built in 1997 and had never been repainted or repaired. Brock and his sons showed up every day on time, were exceedingly pleasant to deal with, discussed choices and made recommendations and listened to our questions and concerns. The quality of their work is exceptional and the house looks almost like a new place! They had to repair and replace rotten wood and trim, and then paint the siding and trim. They took good care of the lawn, beds and windows, and cleaned up everything every day. We would certainly hire them again, and we are happy to highly recommend them.

It was in bad shape! Their team restored my home back to its original beauty. I am very satisfied with the outcome of their work. Their work is phenomenal and their price was fair.
